Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Team Leader based in Kochi. The Team Leader will oversee and manage team operations, ensure projects are executed efficiently, and provide guidance and motivation to team members. Managing team performance, coordinating tasks, and monitoring progress are key responsibilities. The role also involves effective communication with stakeholders to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Leadership and Team Management skills, with the ability to guide and motivate team members effectively
- Strong Communication and Interpersonal skills, including the ability to liaise with diverse stakeholders
- Organizational and Time Management skills to ensure projects are completed within deadlines
- Problem-Solving and Decision-Making abilities for handling challenges and ensuring smooth operations
- Proficiency in project planning and task coordination
- Analytical skills to monitor and evaluate team performance
- Relevant experience in a leadership or supervisory role is preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Management, Business Administration, or a related field is an advantage
