Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Team Leader, located in Bengaluru South. The Team Leader will oversee and manage a team by providing guidance, mentorship, and support to achieve team objectives. Key responsibilities include setting performance goals, monitoring team progress, and ensuring effective communication within the team. The role will also involve identifying areas for improvement, resolving conflicts, and fostering a collaborative and motivated workplace environment. The Team Leader will work closely with management to align team goals with organizational priorities.
Qualifications
- Strong leadership, team management, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution abilities.
- Experience in project planning, task delegation, and performance evaluation.
- Proficiency in creating strategies to achieve team and organizational goals.
- Ability to foster a positive team culture and drive motivation within the team.
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience in a dynamic and fast-paced environment is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Familiarity with the education or training industry is an added advantage.
