🚀 Leading BPO in Hyderabad Hiring: Team Leader / Assistant Manager
🌍 International Banking Voice Process | 💰 CTC: Up to 9 LPA | ⏳ Immediate Joiners Preferred 🕐 US Shifts
📌 Eligibility:
- Minimum 1 year Team Leader experience in International BPO
- Banking voice process background (excluding Fraud/Disputes)
- Strong expertise in Operations Metrics: Attrition, Shrinkage, CSAT, NPS, SLA
- Excellent communication skills
- Candidates from BPO only
📌 Role & Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coach a team of Game Changers for consistent performance
- Drive KPIs and ensure service delivery meets contractual & financial expectations
- Conduct team meetings, performance reviews, and corrective action plans
- Mentor, train, and develop team members while managing operations effectively
- Collaborate with other leaders to support program success

- Strong leadership & coaching ability
- Excellent communication (written & verbal)
- Ability to multi‑task, prioritize, and deliver under pressure
- Proven track record in mentoring and performance management
