Job Title: Team Leader / Assistant Manager – Corporate Travel Sales
Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Team Leader / Assistant Manager – Corporate Travel Sales to drive corporate client acquisition and revenue growth. The candidate will be responsible for managing corporate accounts, generating new business opportunities, and leading the sales team to achieve targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and acquire new corporate clients for travel services (air tickets, hotels, visa, transfers, MICE, etc.).
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate accounts.
- Manage end-to-end corporate travel requirements and ensure service excellence.
- Lead and guide the corporate sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
- Prepare corporate proposals, rate contracts, and presentations.
- Coordinate with ticketing, operations, and supplier teams for smooth bookings.
- Monitor sales performance, revenue growth, and client retention.
- Attend corporate meetings, networking events, and sales presentations.
- Handle negotiations with clients and vendors to maximize profitability.
- Maintain CRM records, sales pipeline, and reporting.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of corporate travel sales and travel operations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to generate leads and close corporate deals.
- Good understanding of airfares, GDS, and travel industry trends.
- Leadership and team management skills.
Experience
- 3–7 years’ experience in corporate travel sales.
- Prior experience in travel agency / corporate travel management company preferred.
Education
Preferred
- Existing corporate client network.
