Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Team Leader and Detailer/Estimator located in Tiruchirappalli and near location. The role involves overseeing rebar detailing and estimating processes, creating detailed plans and shop drawings, managing project timelines, and ensuring team collaboration to deliver accurate results. The candidate will coordinate with the internal team and clients, resolving technical challenges, and maintaining adherence to quality and project specifications. Responsibilities also include mentoring team members and driving efficiency in project execution.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Rebar Detailing, 2D/3D Rebar Modeling, and related software such as CAD and BIM tools
- Experience in Rebar Estimating, Concrete Estimation, and preparation of placing plans and construction drawings
- Ability to effectively lead a team, allocate resources, and manage deadlines
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and capability to ensure project accuracy
- Excellent communication skills and ability to coordinate with clients and multidisciplinary teams
- Understanding of industry codes, standards, and best practices
- A degree or diploma in Civil or Structural Engineering or a related field
- Prior experience in construction, rebar detailing, or structural steel industry is a plus
