Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Team Leader - Admissions at Athena School of Management in Mumbai. The Team Leader will be responsible for working in the admissions & sales team, implementing admission strategies, coordinating communication with prospective students, achieving sales and admissions targets and ensuring high levels of customer service and driving sales initiatives.

- Sales Management
- Team Management and Leadership capabilities
- Customer Service and Communication skills
- Strong ability in Sales Strategy and Business Development
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Ability to create & build team
- Position is based out of the Athena office in Powai - Mumbai
- Experience in Education Sales is a Must
- Experience in the education or training industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
