🚀 Hiring: Team Leader – Senior Software Engineer (.NET / Azure / Cloud Architecture)
We are looking for a highly skilled Team Leader – Senior Software Engineer to lead the design, development, and delivery of secure, scalable cloud-native solutions. This is a hands-on technical leadership role where you will mentor engineers, architect enterprise systems, and drive cloud and DevOps best practices.

👨💻 Experience: 8+ years in software development
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and mentor a team of software engineers
• Architect and develop cloud-native solutions on Microsoft Azure
• Build backend systems using .NET (C#) and RESTful APIs
• Implement Docker-based containerized workloads
• Drive CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps or similar tools
• Ensure secure coding practices, API security, and authentication models
• Support monitoring, performance optimisation, and cost efficiency
🔹 Required Skills:
✔ Strong expertise in .NET / C#
✔ Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure infrastructure
✔ Experience with Node.js services and REST API design
✔ Knowledge of microservices architecture
✔ Experience with Docker containers and CI/CD pipelines
✔ Strong understanding of SQL / NoSQL databases
✔ Experience leading or mentoring engineers
⭐ Good to Have:
• Kubernetes (AKS)
• Azure Functions / App Services
• Cosmos DB / Service Bus / API Management
• Infrastructure as Code (ARM / Bicep / Terraform)
