Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Team Leader – Sales role, based in Chandapura, Bengaluru. The Team Leader will be responsible for managing the sales team, driving sales strategies, and ensuring team performance aligns with company goals. Daily tasks include overseeing customer service operations, coaching and mentoring team members, analyzing sales data to identify trends, and developing action plans to meet sales targets. Additionally, the role involves collaborating with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience and process optimization.
Qualifications
- Proven Team Management and leadership skills to guide and motivate team members effectively
- Strong Sales expertise with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to build and maintain client relationships
- Analytical Skills to assess sales performance and implement data-driven strategies
- Problem-solving abilities and organizational skills to manage multiple responsibilities
- Experience in the packaging or related industries is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment
- Minimum 6 plus years of experience required
