Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position for a Team Leader in Real Estate Sales, located in Thane. The Team Leader will be responsible for managing a team of sales professionals, setting sales targets, and driving performance to meet organizational goals. Key responsibilities include building and maintaining client relationships, conducting market analysis, providing expert advice on property investments, and ensuring compliance with company processes. The role also involves monitoring team performance, generating reports, and collaborating with other departments to support strategic business development.
Qualifications
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience in motivating and leading a sales team to achieve targets.
- Proficiency in real estate sales, property valuation, and investment advisory services.
- In-depth knowledge of market research, location strategy, feasibility studies, and portfolio management in real estate.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills for forging client relationships and closing sales.
- Analytical mindset with expertise in financial planning, cash flow modeling, and asset performance analysis.
- Familiarity with real estate laws, compliance, and documentation processes.
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and managing property transaction workflows.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field preferred; prior experience in real estate sales or investments is advantageous.
