Role Overview-
As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for:
• Leading and managing a team of sales executives
• Driving sales performance and achieving monthly targets
• Monitoring lead flow, follow-ups, and conversions
• Training and mentoring team members
• Ensuring high-quality client interactions and closures
• Coordinating with marketing for lead generation strategies
Key Requirements-
• 3–6 years of experience in real estate sales
• Prior experience in team handling (mandatory)
• Strong closing and negotiation skills
• Ability to build and scale a high-performing team
• Data-driven mindset with focus on conversions
