Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Noida for a Team Leader – Real Estate. The Team Leader will be responsible for supervising and motivating a team of real estate professionals to achieve sales goals, maintaining client relationships, and advising clients on property investments. Additional responsibilities include developing and implementing sales strategies, conducting market research, monitoring industry trends, and addressing client inquiries and concerns to ensure satisfaction.

- Strong sales, customer relationship management, and client consultation skills in real estate services.
- Excellent market research, analysis, and strategic planning abilities.

- Prior experience in the real estate industry is highly preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is desirable.
