TEAM LEADER – REAL ESTATE ADVISORY

GREC INFRA is building a performance-driven real estate advisory platform in Gurugram. We are looking for experienced professionals to lead a business vertical, leverage their market network, generate transactions, and drive business growth.

- Residential Primary Market
- Residential Secondary Market
- Commercial Real Estate – Sales & Leasing
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Drive business development and generate transactions through existing networks and independent sourcing.
- Build relationships with clients, investors, developers, and channel partners.
- Advise clients on relevant property opportunities and manage transactions through negotiation and closure.
- Build a strong business pipeline and contribute to the growth of the assigned vertical.
- Collaborate with the GREC INFRA team and take ownership of business development, client servicing, and transaction execution.
- Build and lead a team as the vertical expands.
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 5 years of relevant real estate experience, preferably in Gurugram.
- Strong market knowledge and established industry relationships.
- Proven ability to independently generate business and close transactions.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
- A self-driven, accountable approach with a focus on long-term client relationships.
COMPENSATION & GROWTH
A performance-led, commission-based opportunity with earnings linked to business generated and transactions closed. Commercial terms and applicable team costs will be discussed with shortlisted candidates.
