Role Description
As a Team Leader – Presales, you will lead and mentor a team of presales professionals, ensuring the delivery of high-quality outputs. You will collaborate with sales teams to create tailored strategies and proposals to address client needs. Daily responsibilities include guiding market research, preparing presentations, analyzing client insights, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to deliver optimal solutions. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Malad.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in presales processes, including proposal development, responding to RFPs/RFIs, and solution presentations.
- Experience in market research, data analysis, and identifying client requirements to craft tailored solutions.
- Leadership skills, such as team mentoring, performance management, and fostering a collaborative environment.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and client handling skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools.
- Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; advanced certifications in sales or marketing are a plus.
- Previous experience in the digital business services or related fields is advantageous.
