Role Overview:
Duties and Responsibilities:
Purpose of the Role
• Manage the team of Intercompany Distribution Planners
• Monitor team performance to ensure meeting business needs
• Supervise intercompany flows to non-SAP companies and intercompany shipments
coordination.
(Purpose of the Role)
• Lead and mentor Intercompany Distribution team
• Hire, train, motivate and develop team members
• Organize onboarding of new team members
• Keep the team performance on the highest level, monitor KPIs (productivity and quality), take
improvement actions if required
• Ensure effective workload management and capacity planning of the team
• Supervise ISSC Intercompany Distribution team activities
• Address and resolve operational issues reported by the team and/ or stakeholders
• Be the key contact point for escalations from the factories/ hubs and for supported markets
• Build and maintain strong relationships with local organizations (markets & / or factories), set up
regular operational calls, escalate issues and propose solutions
• Supervise intercompany flows to non-SAP companies and intercompany shipments coordination
• Identify good practices and share them across the Supply Chain team
• Participate in projects and improvement initiatives
Experience:
• 5 years of proven experience in similar functional scope with first team management experience
• Proven experience of business exposure to global environment
• Analytical skills
• Strong supply chain planning competence and logistics knowledge
• Experience in sales and distribution planning
• Decision-making and problem-solving skills
• Autonomous & pro-active
• Strong sense of ownership
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
• Proven ability to build relationships and manage the team effectively
• Knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel
• SAP knowledge (MM, SD)
• Work organization and time management skills
• Team player with good communication skills
• Business acumen and commercial awareness
• Accuracy with high attention to detail
• Proficiency in English
Education and Qualifications:
- • Graduation in Engineering (Preferable) / MBA (SCM).
