Team Leader – Credit Card
📍 Location: Noida Sector-2, D-79, 1st Floor
💼 Experience: 1–2 Years
💰 Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month
🏦 Required Experience: Minimum 1 year experience in the Credit Card Department
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the Credit Card sales team.
- Achieve monthly sales and business targets.
- Monitor team performance and provide regular guidance.
- Handle lead allocation, follow-ups, and conversion.
- Ensure quality customer handling and proper documentation.
- Track daily sales performance and prepare reports.
- Train and motivate team members to improve productivity.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in the Credit Card Department.
- Overall experience of 1–2 years in sales/credit card operations.
- Strong team handling and communication skills.
- Candidates with relevant Credit Card sales experience will be preferred.
