We’re looking for an experienced professional to join our Asset Servicing team as a Team Leader – Corporate Actions SME
📍 Location: Chennai (On-site) (Only locals)
If you bring strong expertise in end-to-end corporate actions lifecycle, leadership experience, and a solid understanding of global markets (Asia, EMEA, Americas), this could be a great opportunity to step into a high-impact role.
🔍 What you’ll be doing:
• Managing corporate actions across Equities, Bonds, and CFDs
• Handling mandatory & voluntary events lifecycle end-to-end
• Overseeing reconciliation (cash & stock breaks) and income processing
• Acting as an escalation point and mentoring team members
• Driving operational excellence, risk management, and process adherence
• Collaborating with global stakeholders across Investment, Compliance, and Accounting
🎯 What we’re looking for:
• 7–10 years of experience in Corporate Actions / Asset Servicing
• Strong experience in reconciliation, income processing, and investment operations
• Prior team handling / leadership exposure
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Experience with Aladdin is a plus
💡 Nice to have:
Certifications like IOC / CFA Investment Foundations / NSE / FRM Foundations
