Job Description: Team Leader ? Accounts Payable (AP) Role Objective We are looking for a seasoned professional to join our Global Accounts department as a Team Leader for Accounts Payable
- This role is vital for managing our US Accounts Payable operations for the EFG project
- The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in US accounting, exceptional leadership skills, and the ability to maintain high-quality communication with stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Team Supervision: Manage and lead a team to ensure all AP processes are completed accurately and within stipulated timelines. AP Operations: Oversee the end-to-end US Accounts Payable process, ensuring compliance with US accounting standards. Performance Management: Monitor team productivity, provide guidance, and handle professional development and coaching. Communication: Maintain excellent communication channels with internal management and external clients to resolve queries. Reporting: Regularly report progress and operational metrics to the Reporting Manager, Pradeep Naik. Required Qualifications & Skills Education: Graduate or Post-Graduate degree in Finance/Accounting. Experience: 7?8 years of professional work experience in Accounts Payable. Leadership: Proven experience in a leadership or supervisory role, having successfully led a team previously. Domain Knowledge: Mandatory background in US Accounts Payable
- Soft Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for this role. Analytical Skills: Strong analytical capabilities to manage complex accounts and drive process improvements. Preferred Qualifications Experience within the Insurance Industry is highly preferred.
