Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Team Lead in Workforce Management (WFM) to manage scheduling, team performance, and operational efficiency in a US Healthcare BPO environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead the WFM team to ensure smooth operations
- Handle scheduling, forecasting, and capacity planning
- Monitor real-time performance and ensure SLA adherence
- Analyze data and generate WFM reports for decision-making
- Coordinate with operations and stakeholders for workforce planning
- Drive process improvements and optimize resource utilization
- Handle escalations and ensure timely resolution
Key Requirements:
- 4–6 years of experience in Scheduling / Workforce Management (WFM)
- Experience in US Healthcare BPO or similar environment preferred
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a Team Lead / Team Manager role
- Strong knowledge of WFM tools, reporting, and analytics
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills
