Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Team Lead - Visa, based in Noida. The Team Lead will oversee and guide the visa operations team, ensuring compliance with requirements and delivering outstanding service. Responsibilities include supervising visa documentation, ensuring team performance, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of visa regulations, and enhancing operational efficiency. The role also involves providing support to students, addressing queries, and collaborating with internal teams to optimize processes.
Qualifications
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience in motivating and guiding teams
- Comprehensive knowledge of visa application processes, regulations, and documentation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to address student queries and ensure stakeholder collaboration
- Problem-solving and process optimization skills to improve operational efficiency
- Proficiency in organizational and time management skills
- Prior experience in international education, immigration, or a related field is an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in any related discipline; additional certifications in immigration or education management are a plus
