Role Description
The Team Lead - Visa role is a full-time, on-site position based in Vijayawada. The role involves leading and managing a team focused on assisting students with the visa application process, ensuring all documentation is prepared accurately and submitted on time. The Team Lead will oversee and guide the overall visa consultancy operations, liaise with relevant stakeholders, ensure compliance with visa regulations, and consistently improve processes for a seamless experience. Additionally, this role requires monitoring team performance, providing training, and addressing any operational challenges.
Qualifications
- Strong understanding of Visa application processes, compliance requirements, and international education systems.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with a track record of guiding and motivating teams effectively.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills to manage operations, deadlines, and documentation.
- Proficiency in client handling, communication, and problem-solving to address student and stakeholder queries effectively.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in reviewing visa forms, documents, and application procedures.
- Proficiency in using office productivity tools and software relevant to visa applications and team management.
- Ability to work in a result-oriented and dynamic on-site environment with a focus on achieving goals consistently.
- Relevant experience in education consultancy or immigration services preferred.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field; additional certifications in international education or immigration are a plus.
