Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Team Lead position in the US B2B Sales department at our Noida office. The Team Lead will oversee and manage a team of sales professionals to drive business development efforts, meet sales targets, and establish long-term client relationships. Responsibilities include strategizing and implementing sales plans, mentoring team members, analyzing market trends to identify business opportunities, ensuring exceptional customer service, and preparing detailed sales reports. The role also involves collaborating with leadership to align sales efforts with overall business objectives.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Sales with strong skills in identifying opportunities and closing deals.
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service abilities to build and sustain client relationships.
- Team Management experience, including mentoring and motivating team members to achieve targets.
- Strong Analytical Skills to assess market trends, generate reports, and make data-driven decisions.
- Proficiency in strategic thinking, goal setting, and achieving sales KPIs.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA is a plus.
- Experience in the technology or certification industry will be an added advantage.
