Hiring: Team Lead – Trust & Safety

📍 Location: Gurugram (Work from Office)
⏰ Shift: Rotational | 6 Days Working
⚡ Immediate Joiners Preferred
We are looking for a Team Lead with 6 months to 1 year of team handling experience in Content Moderation / Trust & Safety / Ad Review domain.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of content moderators.
- Ensure quality, productivity & SLA adherence.
- Handle escalations and client queries.
- Monitor daily performance and maintain reports.
- Conduct quality audits and feedback sessions.
- Support onboarding and training of new team members.
Requirements:
- 6 months – 1 year of experience in Team Leading.
- Background in Trust & Safety / Content Moderation preferred.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage workflows in a fast-paced environment.
- Immediate joiner only.
