📍 Position: Treasury Lead
📌 Experience: 3–5 Years
📍 Location: Bengaluru (On-site)
💰 CTC: ₹12–15 LPA
𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐘𝐨𝐮'𝐥𝐥 𝐃𝐨:
-Lead end-to-end treasury operations and FX pricing across Cash, Tom, Spot, Forward, and other FX products.
-Manage high-value enterprise client relationships and provide strategic FX solutions.
-Oversee banking products including LC, Collections, FDI, ECB, and import/export FX transactions.
-Monitor treasury exposure, liquidity, settlements, reconciliations, and treasury reporting.
-Lead and mentor a high-performing treasury team.
-Work directly with the Founders to drive treasury strategy, operational excellence, and business growth.
𝐖𝐞'𝐫𝐞 𝐋𝐨𝐨𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐅𝐨𝐫:
- 3–5 years of experience in Treasury, Forex, Banking, Trade Finance, or Financial Services.
- Strong expertise in FX pricing and treasury operations.
- Experience managing enterprise clients and banking relationships.
- Knowledge of RBI, FEMA, and cross-border payment regulations is highly preferred.
- Leadership experience with the ability to build and manage teams.
