Job Title: Team Lead - Treasury Operations
Location: Delhi
Role Overview
This role is responsible for managing and overseeing day-to-day treasury and fund movement operations, ensuring that liquidity, settlements, and banking transactions are executed accurately and on time. The ideal candidate would be from a Treasury Operations, Banking Operations, Payment Operations, Fintech, PSP, Acquiring, or Cross-Border Payments environment, with a good understanding of fiat/stablecoin movements, liquidity management, settlements, and banking transactions.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily treasury transfers and fund movements across banking partners.
- Monitor and execute liquidity movements to ensure smooth operational cash flow.
- Prepare and maintain treasury dashboards, MIS reports, and operational analytics.
- Track balances, settlements, and transaction flows to ensure accuracy and timely execution.
- Coordinate with internal teams including Finance, Operations, and Banking Partners for issue resolution.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and support automation initiatives.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in Treasury Operations / Banking Operations / Payment Operations.
- Fintech, Payments, Banking, PSP, Acquiring, or Cross-Border Payments background preferred, Knowledge of Fiat and stable coins
- Good understanding of banking transactions, fund transfers, and liquidity management.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills with hands-on experience in Excel / Google Sheets.
- Ability to prepare dashboards and interpret operational data.
- Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
