Role Description
This is an on-site, full-time role based in Bengaluru for a Team Leader - Operations position. The Team Leader will oversee daily operations to ensure seamless service delivery, meet performance goals, and drive customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include monitoring team performance, conducting regular evaluations, providing mentorship, and addressing process improvements. The role also involves collaborating with leadership to strategize on achieving both short-term and long-term objectives while fostering a positive and motivating work environment.
Qualifications
- Strong Customer Satisfaction skills to address client needs and ensure exceptional service delivery
- Proficiency in Analytical Skills and Operations Management for monitoring workflows and optimizing processes
- Experience in People Management, including mentoring, coaching, and performance evaluation
- Excellent Communication skills to effectively interact with teams and stakeholders
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience in an operations leadership role, preferably in the customer service or BPO industry
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience required
