About the Role: We are looking for a Team Lead – Supply Operations to drive owner onboarding, listing creation, and inventory quality for the client’s real estate marketplace business. The role will be responsible for managing Supply Executives, improving listing quality, driving society activations, and increasing verified inventory across assigned micro-markets. This is a hands-on execution role where the individual will function both as an individual contributor and a team manager. The ideal candidate should be comfortable with field operations, owner interactions, society activations, and team management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive owner onboarding and property listing generation across assigned societies while increasing verified inventory within target micro-markets.
- Ensure high-quality and complete listings with accurate property details, photos, videos, pricing, and availability information while reactivating inactive listings.
- Lead society activations, kiosks, and on-ground engagement activities to improve owner awareness and participation within residential communities.
- Manage and guide Supply Executives by allocating responsibilities, tracking productivity, and ensuring strong operational execution and field discipline.
- Collaborate closely with City Managers, Inside Sales, Broker Engagement, and Marketplace Operations teams to improve marketplace performance and customer experience.
Requirements:
- 3–6 years of experience in field sales, supply acquisition, hyperlocal operations, marketplace businesses, or real estate operations.
- Prior experience managing field teams preferred
- Strong execution and owner engagement skills
- Comfortable with on-ground operations and society visits
- Good communication and relationship management skills
- High ownership and problem-solving mindset
