Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the study abroad counselling team.
- Guide counsellors in handling student enquiries and conversions.
- Support students with university selection, admissions, and application processes.
- Monitor team performance and ensure monthly targets are achieved.
- Train and motivate counsellors to improve productivity and student satisfaction.
- Coordinate with universities and partners regarding admissions and updates.
- Ensure proper follow-up with students and maintain accurate records.
- Handle escalations and provide solutions to students and parents when required.
Requirements:
- Minimum 4–5 years of experience in the Study Abroad / Overseas Education field.
- Previous experience in leading or managing a counselling team.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Good knowledge of international universities, admission procedures, and visa processes.
- Ability to achieve targets and manage team performance.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems is an added advantage.
