Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role in Malappuram for a Team Lead – Study Abroad. The role involves overseeing the study abroad counseling team, managing client engagements, and providing personalized guidance to students about suitable academic and career options. The Team Lead will also maintain relationships with international institutions, ensure proper documentation processes, and oversee marketing and outreach efforts. The individual will be responsible for leading and motivating the team, conducting training sessions, and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction with the organization's services.
Qualifications
- Strong leadership and team management skills to guide and motivate the counseling team.
- In-depth knowledge of international education systems, available courses, and destinations like the UK, USA, Canada, Australia, Malaysia, Singapore, and Dubai.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and client relationship management skills to provide accurate information and personalized counseling to clients.
- Attention to detail with experience in documentation and application processes for international education programs.
- Experience and understanding of marketing and outreach strategies, including digital platforms, to promote study abroad opportunities.
- Proficiency in problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational abilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field; experience in education counseling or study abroad consulting is highly desirable.
- Passion for guiding and mentoring students to achieve their academic and career aspirations.
