We are looking for Team Lead - Stucture Design (Solar) with a MNC Solar Manufacturing Industry at Gurgaon location.

Job Description
• Responsible for the designing of ground-mounted structures and foundations
• Validating solar structure designs and corresponding design optimisation
• Generate design drawings, calculation reports, BOQ etc., as per IS code and other global building codes.
• Coordinate with Clients for technical discussions, documents etc.
• Provide complete technical support to the Global BD Team.
• Design and develop civil engineering solutions for solar tracker projects.
• Conduct site assessments, feasibility studies, and prepare detailed engineering reports.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including mechanical and electrical engineers, project managers, and external suppliers.
• Prepare and review engineering drawings, plans, and specifications.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.
• Provide technical support and guidance during installation, commissioning, and maintenance phases.
• Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues.
• Stay updated with industry trends, standards, and best practices.
Requirement: -
- Experience of working as Civil Design Engineer, Solar Mounting Structure Engineer or Solar System Design Engineer or Similar role.
- Knowledge of Tracker + Fixed Tilt system structure design and tracker products.
- Proficient in using design software like STAAD and AutoCad, Solidwork, L-Pile etc.
- Understanding of IS codes as well as other international codes for civil and structural designs.
- Expertise in designing of ground mounted structures and foundations.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in both verbal and written communication in English for business purposes.
- Willingness to travel to different locations & project sites as needed.
