We are looking for an experienced Team Leader / Social Media Manager (4+ years) to lead strategy, manage a team, and execute high-impact social media campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead and manage the social media team to ensure smooth execution of campaigns
2. Plan and execute social media strategies across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.)
3. Create monthly content calendars aligned with brand and campaign goals
4. Oversee content creation including reels, posts, stories, and creatives
5. Monitor social media trends and implement relevant ideas
6. Analyze performance metrics and prepare reports with actionable insights
7. Coordinate with designers, influencers, and external agencies
8. Manage paid campaigns and optimize for better reach and engagement
9. Ensure brand consistency across all platforms
10. Handle client communication and approvals.
Requirements:
Minimum 4+ years of experience in social media management
Strong understanding of social media platforms and algorithms
Experience in govt. handling and leadership
Knowledge of content strategy, paid ads, and analytics tools
Good communication and project management skills
