Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced professional to lead the Sales Force Automation (SFA) function and
drive digital sales transformation. The role will focus on improving sales processes, strengthening
revenue execution, and working closely with Product and Technology teams to optimize the sales
lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the SPOC for key enterprise accounts
Drive adoption and performance of the SFA platform across sales teams
Work closely with Product and Technology teams to improve sales systems and workflows
Manage and optimize the lead-to-cash sales lifecycle and pipeline governance
Track sales performance through dashboards, reports, and analytics
Identify opportunities to improve sales productivity and revenue growth
Provide regular performance insights and reports to senior leadership
Lead and guide regional sales operations teams
Required Qualifications
8-10 years of experience in Sales Operations, Sales Technology, or Sales Force Automation roles
Experience working with enterprise SFA platforms such as FieldAssist, Bizom, Botree, or similar
tools
Strong understanding of sales processes and revenue operations
Experience managing teams and working with enterprise accounts
MBA or Master’s degree preferred
