Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and performance-driven Team Lead / Senior Manager to drive sales operations and channel partner engagement for our premium real estate developments in the Navi Mumbai, Panvel, and Alibaug regions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading a small team of sales executives, maintaining relationships with key channel partners, and ensuring consistent sales performance across projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of sales executives to achieve project-specific sales targets.
- Manage and strengthen relationships with Channel Partners (CPs), IPCs, and key brokers.
- Ensure active participation of CPs in project launches, site visits, and marketing campaigns.
- Coordinate with marketing and project teams for seamless execution of site events and promotions.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with leads, ensure conversions, and monitor performance metrics.
- Analyze sales data, track progress against targets, and present performance updates to the Site Head.
- Stay updated on competitor activity, market trends, and customer preferences to refine sales strategies.
- Ensure smooth customer experience from inquiry to closure, maintaining high satisfaction levels.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Graduate / MBA with 8–12 years of real estate sales experience.
- Proven track record in residential sales — plotting, villa, or township formats preferred.
- Strong network with IPCs and regional brokers in Navi Mumbai and surrounding areas.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to motivate and manage a sales team effectively.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office applications.
- Result-oriented, proactive, and capable of handling high-pressure environments.
