Your Key Responsibilities:
• Target Achievement & Pressure Handling: Maintain a high-level focus on achieving targets while working effectively under pressure.
• Client Liaison: Meet and engage with clients to understand and identify their specific requirements.
• Database Management: Systematically maintain and update long lists of databases, ensuring regular follow-ups.
• Client & Partner Interaction: Work with individual homeowners, builders, commercial establishments, and other consultants.
• Internal Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams to fulfil client requirements efficiently.
• Single Point of Contact: Act as the primary contact for clients from initial engagement to project conversion, providing periodic progress updates to senior management.
• Lead Generation & Initiatives: Ideate, execute, and implement new and existing lead generation strategies.
• Solution Presentation: Develop and present effective solutions to clients, leading to successful project conversions.
• Quotation & Estimation: Prepare and raise estimates/quotations for clients based on their customization needs.
• Performance Monitoring: Track and evaluate the effectiveness of service delivery and marketing campaigns (if applicable).
• Client Meetings: Arrange and attend meetings with clients both within and outside the office.
• Site Visits: Organize and accompany clients on site visits to showcase the company's work.
• Team Coordination: Work closely with design and project teams to ensure seamless execution.
• Marketing Participation: Engage in marketing initiatives when required.
Experience & Education Required:
B2C Sales work Experience and Degree is Required
