Role Overview
We are looking for a results-driven Team Leader to manage and mentor a B2C sales team focused on promoting logistics and supply chain courses. The ideal candidate will drive revenue growth, improve conversion rates, and ensure a high-performance sales culture.
Key Responsibilities
Team Management
Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales executives
Set daily, weekly, and monthly targets and track performance
Conduct regular training, coaching, and performance reviews
Foster a competitive and positive team environment
Sales & Revenue Generation
Drive B2C sales for logistics and supply chain courses
Handle escalated leads and close high-value prospects
Monitor conversion funnels and optimize sales strategies
Achieve and exceed assigned revenue targets
Lead Management
Oversee lead allocation and ensure timely follow-ups
Improve lead-to-conversion ratios
Coordinate with marketing for lead generation campaigns
Process & Reporting
Maintain accurate sales reports and dashboards
Analyze performance metrics and identify improvement areas
Ensure CRM discipline and adherence to sales processes
Customer Engagement
Ensure excellent counseling experience for prospective students
Address customer concerns and objections effectively
Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction
Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred)
4–8 years of experience in B2C sales (EdTech/Training preferred)
Proven experience in team handling and target achievement
Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
Experience in inside sales / telesales is a plus
Familiarity with CRM tools and sales analytics
