Location : Full Remote
Work Shift : UK Shift (1.00 PM to 10.00 PM or 12.00 PM to 9.00 PM IST)

Core Skills & Competencies
- End-to-end Qualys platform operations & ownership
- Team leadership and people management (coaching, mentoring, performance management)
- Operational maintenance planning (agents, scanners, connectors, capacity)
- Workload prioritization, backlog management, and service delivery oversight
- Scanner appliance deployment, tuning, and lifecycle management
- Agent lifecycle management (deployment, upgrades, coverage assurance)
- Vulnerability scan scheduling, performance tuning, and failure handling
- Hybrid environment coverage (on-prem, cloud, and factory/OT networks)
- Secure and controlled scanning in industrial / OT environments
- Asset discovery, reconciliation, and CMDB alignment
- Vulnerability lifecycle management (detection → prioritization → remediation → validation)
- Risk-based prioritization aligned to business-critical systems
- Integration with ITSM (e.g., ServiceNow), SIEM, and automation workflows via APIs
- Change management and governance in regulated and production-critical environments
- Reporting, KPIs, and executive-level security posture communication
- Continuous improvement of scanning strategies and coverage models
