Job Title: Senior Modeler/Team Lead/Project Lead – Architecture

Location: Kolkata, Noida
Job Description:
We are hiring Team Lead / Project Lead – Architecture with strong design, documentation, and BIM exposure, along with hands-on experience in Revit and Navisworks. The candidate must have mandatory experience working on US projects and the ability to lead teams and deliver high-quality outputs.
5 days work week(Monday To Friday)
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a team of BIM modelers.
Develop and review architectural designs, drawings, and BIM models.
Work on Revit-based modeling, detailing, and documentation.
Perform coordination and clash detection using Navisworks.
Collaborate with structural, MEP, and US-based stakeholders.
Ensure delivery aligned with US standards, BIM protocols, and timelines.
Review construction drawings, detailing, and documentation.
Provide technical guidance, mentoring, and quality control.
Required Skills:
Strong experience in architectural design, documentation, and BIM workflows.
Hands-on experience in Revit and Navisworks.
Mandatory experience in US projects.
Good knowledge of AutoCAD and construction documentation.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Education:Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (B.Tech Civil) or related field
