Job Title: Team Lead – Paralegal (Urgent hiring)

Are you an experienced Paralegal professional who enjoys leading teams, handling complex legal matters, and working with international clients? We’re looking for a dynamic Team Lead – Paralegal with strong expertise in US Immigration, Litigation, Foreclosure, Trusts & Estates, Bankruptcy, Real Estate, and Contract Management.
💼 What You’ll Do:
✔ Lead & mentor paralegal teams
✔ Handle client communication & escalations
✔ Manage US/Canada immigration documentation
✔ Draft legal documents, contracts & litigation filings
✔ Ensure SLA, quality & compliance adherence
✔ Work across US, Canadian & Australian legal processes
🔍 What We’re Looking For:
• 6+ years of Paralegal/LPO experience
• Strong expertise in US legal processes & documentation
• Experience in team handling & client coordination
• Knowledge of tools like Clio, Relativity, Best Case, LEAP, Westlaw, LexisNexis etc.
• Excellent communication & leadership skills
