Role Description
This is a full-time, role for a Team Lead - Operations ( Interiors )based in Bengaluru. The Team Lead will oversee daily operations, ensure exceptional client satisfaction, manage project workflows, and lead a team to meet quality and efficiency standards. Key responsibilities include analyzing operational performance, coordinating with internal teams, improving processes, and maintaining clear and professional communication with clients and stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in Interior firms
- Strong skills in Operations Management and Analytical Skills to optimize workflows and improve efficiency
- Proven expertise in People Management, including team coordination, guidance, and performance management
- Exceptional Communication and Customer Satisfaction skills to foster client relationships and ensure service excellence
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and maintain organizational priorities
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience in operations, management, or a related field
- Experience in the interior design or related industry is a plus
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities with attention to detail
