- Design improved processes that are faster, clearer, and more scalable across APAC's diverse jurisdictions
- Identify AI and automation opportunities (assess each process stage, determine where automation fits vs. where human judgment is needed, and estimate time savings)
- Drive metrics and accountability (establish SLAs, track cycle times, measure improvements, and quantify impact)
- Managing a team of Immigration Specialists, including wide range of management tasks including weekly pipelines reviews and team mentoring and training
- Ensuring your team adheres to SLAs, follows internal processes and consistently delivers timely, high quality communication with our clients.
- Overseeing day-to-day operations, job performance for the team, and conducting individual performance reviews and reports on metrics.
- Managing team attendance and daily operations and reporting on any operational gaps, communication, and functions on a global level in coordination with stakeholders.
- Addressing employee complaints and complex mobility topics by assigning team members when needed and allocating capacity.
- Managing complex mobility-related client escalations in the assigned region
- Work on special projects, as assigned

- Fluent in English (written and spoken).

- Prior immigration operations experience in the APAC region will be considered a competitive advantage.
- Nice to have compliance or HR operations experience in regulated tech companies, HR operations, or compliance-heavy functions where you've navigated controls and process discipline.
