Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Team Lead - Operations [Collections] based in Pune District. The Team Lead will oversee day-to-day collections operations, ensure team performance aligns with goals, and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include managing workflows, analyzing performance metrics, supporting and motivating team members, and resolving any operational challenges. The individual must lead by example, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations while meeting collection targets.
Qualifications
- Strong Customer Satisfaction and Communication skills to effectively address customer concerns and maintain positive relationships.
- Proficient Analytical Skills to interpret data, identify trends, and make informed decisions.
- Experience in Operations Management, with a focus on streamlining processes and achieving key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Proven People Management skills to motivate, coach, and lead a team effectively.
- Experience in First Party or Third Party Collections or Experience in International Voice Process and Sales and Retention experience is preferred
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
