🚨 We're Hiring: Team Lead – Operations 🚨
Ashish Transport Co., an authorized Amazon Delivery Service Partner (DSP), is looking for a proactive and results-driven Team Lead – Operations to join our growing team!
📍 Location: Sohna, Gurgaon, Haryana
💰 Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month
💼 Experience: 1–3 Years
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations and ensure smooth execution.
- Lead, motivate, and support delivery teams to achieve operational goals.
- Monitor last-mile delivery performance and ensure process adherence.
- Track key operational metrics (KPIs) and implement initiatives to improve performance.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
- Follow up with drivers to ensure continuous performance improvement.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to resolve operational challenges efficiently.
Eligibility & Requirements:
✅ Bachelor's degree (Graduation) is mandatory.
✅ 1–3 years of experience in logistics, transportation, e-commerce, or operations.
✅ Must be willing to work from Sohna, Gurgaon.
✅ Strong leadership and team management skills.
✅ Familiarity with MS Excel and basic computer skills is essential.
✅ Good analytical, reporting, and communication skills.
✅ Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
