About the RoleWe are looking for an experienced Lead – Business Development to drive growth in the eLearning and digital learning space. The ideal candidate will bring strong enterprise sales experience, client handling expertise, and a proven track record in acquiring new business.
Key Responsibilities- Drive new business development and enterprise sales
- Identify and acquire clients in the corporate training and eLearning space
- Build and manage strong client relationships
- Develop and execute strategies for acquiring new clients
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery and client satisfaction
- Manage end-to-end sales cycle from prospecting to closure
Key Requirements- 8–10 years of total experience in Sales / Business Development
- Strong experience in enterprise sales
- Experience in corporate training / eLearning sales preferred
- Experience in staffing / recruitment sales is an added advantage
- Strong client handling and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
Qualifications- Any Graduate / Post Graduate
- BFA with Diploma (preferred)
