Advith ITeC is a venture that merges finance consulting with technology, with the word ITeC standing for Information Technology enabled Consulting. We are building various tech tools to make finance consulting more accessible and have a dedicated team of individuals that are trained on tasks related to finance consulting and compliance management.
Role Overview
As Team Lead, Micro-Business Solutions, you will be responsible for leading a small, agile team that delivers exceptional financial and compliance support to our growing base of solopreneurs and micro-businesses. You’ll play a critical role in shaping processes, mentoring team members, and ensuring consistent delivery of high-quality, personalized services in a digital-personal model.
Key Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership: Build, mentor, and manage a small team of bookkeepers, tax & compliance specialists, and Personal Finance Management(PFM) advisors.
- Client Management: Oversee client relationships, ensuring timely delivery, clear communication, and proactive problem-solving.
- Process Optimization: Develop streamlined workflows for bookkeeping, GST filing, income tax preparation, and PFM advisory.
- PhyGital Delivery Model: Seamlessly integrate digital tools with human touchpoints to enhance client satisfaction and scalability.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor KPIs, team productivity, and client feedback to continuously improve service quality.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with other expert & specialists teams, tech, and customer success teams on a need basis to enhance the client experience across PhyGital[Physical +Digital] modes.
- Scalability Planning: Prepare the team and systems to scale efficiently as we grow our client base.
Requirements:
- Experience:
- If you are Chartered Accountant - 3–4 years of experience in bookkeeping, compliance, or financial advisory for small businesses/solopreneurs.
- If you are Master Graduate in Commerce/Business Administration – 10 to 12 years of experience in bookkeeping, compliance, or financial advisory for small businesses/solopreneurs.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading and mentoring small teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Domain Expertise: Strong understanding of Indian taxation (GST, Income Tax), compliance norms, and Personal Finance Management principles.
- Preferred Qualifications:
- Certification in Financial Planning (CFP), Investment Advisory, or related fields.
- Prior experience in Personal Finance or Investment Management is a strong plus.
- Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Problem-solving mindset with a calm and empathetic approach.
- Proficiency in tools like Excel, Zoho Books, or similar platforms.
- Highly tech savvy to deliver work in digital modes but always open to meet clients face-to-face to build the confidence & trust.
- Nice to have:
- Exposure to fintech/digital platforms.
- Understanding of behavioural finance or client psychology.
- Experience managing remote/hybrid teams.
