We are Hiring: Team Lead- Medical Billing / RCM Specialist

Location: Kolkata- Hybrid mode

Experience: 5+years

Immediate joiners preferred!

Are you someone who understands the complete medical billing cycle and loves working with US healthcare processes? We’re looking for a detail-driven RCM Specialist to manage claims, reduce denials, and ensure smooth revenue flow.

What You’ll Do:

• Handle claim submission & tracking (ICD-10, CPT, CMS-1500, UB-04)
• Perform insurance verification & prior authorizations
• Manage denials, appeals & AR follow-ups
• Post payments (EOB/ERA) & maintain billing accuracy
• Coordinate with US clients & resolve billing queries
• Medical billing roles focus on processing claims, tracking payments, and ensuring accurate reimbursements from insurers. 

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong knowledge of medical billing & RCM
• Experience with tools like Kareo, Athena, eCW, NextGen, Epic
• Team lead experience with end to end knowledge of the process
• Good communication skills (US clients)
• Attention to detail & problem-solving mindset
• Bonus: Experience in Dental Billing (CDT coding, insurance handling)
