Role Overview
We’re looking for a people-first, growth-driven Team Lead to own and scale our marketplace partner relationships.
You’ll lead a team of Account Managers, drive partner success, and turn strong relationships into measurable marketplace growth.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the Team: Guide, mentor, and grow a team of Account Managers to deliver exceptional client experiences.
- Own Key Client Relationships: Build strong partnerships with marketplace sellers/brands and become their trusted growth partner.
- Drive Account Growth: Identify opportunities to increase GMV, listings, and revenue across accounts.
- Solve Problems Fast: Act as the escalation point for clients and work cross-functionally to resolve issues quickly.
- Use Data to Win: Track performance, analyze trends, and turn insights into actionable growth strategies

Ideal Candidate
- 5–8 years in Account Management / Client Success / Marketplace roles
- Team leadership experience
- Strong understanding of e-commerce / marketplace ecosystems
- Excellent communication, relationship-building & problem-solving skills
- Someone who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment
