As we scale our Amazon presence further, we're looking for an experienced Amazon Marketplace Manager to own our Seller Central operations end-to-end and lead the team driving them.
About the Role
This role owns the Amazon Canada marketplace P&L and operations from listings and fulfillment to advertising and compliance. You'll manage a small team of marketplace associates, set the operational playbook, and be the point of accountability for account health, growth, and profitability on Amazon.
Key Responsibilities
- Own Amazon Seller Central account health, performance, and policy compliance.
- Lead and mentor a small team of Marketplace Associates handling orders, SKUs, and fulfillment.
- Set SOPs for returns, refunds, A-to-Z claims, and seller feedback.
- Own PPC strategy — planning, budgeting, and optimizing campaigns.
- Manage listing quality and FBA/FBM strategy.
- Report on key metrics (sales, ACOS, account health) and drive corrective action.
- Handle escalations beyond associate level.
- Spot growth opportunities across categories, markets, or Amazon programs.
Qualifications and Experience
- 5-7 years in Amazon Seller Central/marketplace ops, incl. 2+ years managing a team.
- Strong grasp of listings, FBA/FBM, and PPC advertising.
- Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience managing Amazon Canada or US marketplaces specifically.
- Familiarity with tools such as Helium 10 or similar (Jungle Scout, Data Dive, etc.).
- Background in e-commerce, retail, or multi-SKU/auto-parts businesses.
- Experience managing a P&L or revenue target for a marketplace channel.
