Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Team Lead Manager based in Kochi. The Team Lead Manager will oversee day-to-day operations, manage and support team members to meet performance goals, and ensure high-quality deliverables. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams, streamline workflows, and handle team training, development, and conflict resolution. Additionally, the role involves guiding teams to achieve efficiency and fostering an inclusive and productive work environment.
Qualifications
- Team management and leadership skills, including the ability to mentor and motivate team members
- Strong organizational and project management abilities to oversee workflows and ensure timely completion of tasks
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with team members and stakeholders
- Problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities to address team challenges effectively
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of quality in deliverables
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding team performance goals
- Experience managing cross-functional teams and working collaboratively across departments
- Educational background in Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
- Experience in the renewable energy sector or similar industries is an added advantage
