Role Description
The Team Lead Manager at SBI Mutual Fund will oversee and guide a team to achieve specific business goals by implementing strategic initiatives and driving performance. Responsibilities include managing daily team operations, setting goals, analyzing performance metrics, and ensuring compliance with organizational policies. The role will also involve engagement with stakeholders and providing training and mentorship to team members. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Salem.
Qualifications
- Leadership and team management skills, with experience in guiding teams to achieve goals.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in performance evaluation and problem-solving.
- Understanding of financial services, mutual funds, and investment management.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Proficiency in drafting reports, presentations, and team performance summaries.
- Organizational and multitasking skills to manage projects and meet deadlines effectively.
- Possessing certifications or knowledge in finance or investment management is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred.
