Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Team Lead Manager, based in New Delhi with partial work-from-home flexibility. The Team Lead Manager will oversee day-to-day team operations, ensure effective coordination between departments, and drive project execution. Responsibilities include mentoring team members, managing schedules, optimizing workflows, and maintaining high standards of output quality. Collaboration with leadership to meet overall business goals will be a critical part of the role.
Qualifications
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience in mentoring and fostering team growth
- Proficiency in project scheduling, workflow management, and process optimization
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and conflict resolution abilities
- Ability to monitor and maintain output quality, and identify areas for improvement
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions
- Experience in the labeling or printing industry is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred
