Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in the Greater Patna Area for a Team Lead Manager. The Team Lead Manager will oversee daily operations, lead a team to achieve business objectives, and implement strategies to optimize performance. Responsibilities include monitoring and enhancing team productivity, setting clear goals, addressing employee development needs, and ensuring alignment with the company’s objectives and mission. The role requires collaboration with other departments to drive organizational success and ensure delivery of operational excellence.

- Leadership and team management skills, including goal-setting, coaching, and conflict resolution
- Proven ability in operational strategy planning and execution
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on process improvement
- Effective communication skills and the ability to foster collaboration across teams
- Project management experience and ability to manage deadlines efficiently
- Keen attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficiency in digital tools and platforms relevant to the industry
- Prior experience in financial services or digital payments solutions is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Operations, or a related field is preferred
